A historic shame for the United Nations: MONUSCO and FARDC negotiate the surrender of terrorists ADF
0n this day of August 27, 2016, an aircraft of the Mission of the United Nations Organization for the stabilization of Congo, MONUSCO has spent time flying in many parts of Beni, a territory supposedly housing the entrenchment of ADF terrorists dropping aleaflet.
This leaflet is a great moral lesson FARDC and MONUSCO got together to write in French for ADF terrorists, as if it was possible to see a man leave his village to talk to a lion, its jungle, is accustomed to come to devour her goats, and warning him and that the lion would listen and would submit just by listening to this exhortation. Oh no ! that’s too ridiculous!
And to be convinced, it is necessary to dissect the points in this letter of shame. And from the outset, already the language demonstrates the requisite degree of inclination of those who initiated it. Indeed, being English, it would be foolish to contact the ADF in French, unless it has voluntarily chosen to establish a dialogue of the deaf. A serious message should be formulated in English or Swahili or at least in Luganda which are languages of their origin. Moreover, in their capacity as Muslim terrorists, according to the identity conferred by the Congolese government, the Arabic suit them more. Let’s stop here for the form.
And the bottom is what is even more interesting:
1 / “Officers and ADF soldiers, get out of the bush to join the DDRRR process … a better life awaits you”, ordered the FARDC and MONUSCO.
Really! If it were that easy to intimate the order to a terrorist for him to obey immediately, why did we hear that it takes more than 1,500 dead man to do it? But unfortunately! Where did we see worldwide a terrorist treated with such tenderness, gentleness consideration? The very name of “terrorist” is enough to understand the kind of creature it is, what a barbaric it is, to pretend to be listened to by him by such a word as bamboozle.
Furthermore, since when did the world (the United Nations) establish a DDRRR program for terrorists? Since when did this program exist as is typically in the case of the DR Congo? Yes, such a program was put in place for the national armed groups and the single foreign rebel FDLR who have never worn the identity of terrorists, despite the crimes charged against them.
Finally, MONUSCO and the FARDC are simply ridiculous by pretending to give a moral lesson to individuals who know this lesson better than themselves, who are aware that there is a better life in the social integration (communion and peace with others), but who deliberately chose the jungle and a life of crime.
2 / “If you do not surrender, the FARDC and MONUSCO will target you …”
This means that mean thus far (from two years of operation Sokola 1), the Congolese army and UN troops have not yet committed to war against the terrorists ADF? What a joke!!! So it is understandable why many times the civilian population at risk has always come against the indifference of the FARDC and MONUSCO when it cried for help against its murderers. France 24 in its latest report did not go around the bush to mention the complicity of FARDC or MONUSCO (http://www.france24. com/fr/20160826-reporters-rdc- massacre-beni-impunite-onu- monusco-ouganda-adf).
“ADF you are not able to resist their sophisticated weapons. “
Logically, one can then ask the FARDC and MONUSCO where they had disposed or deposited sophisticated weapons they now boast. Should we have waited two years of massacres, totaling at least 1,500 fatalities, not including thousands of displaced, to finally wield these decorative weapons???
The head Bamkoka was right to say that the real killers are not ADF (http://www.radiomotofm.info/ lirearticle.php?billet= 1785Social). And I added, they are not terrorists either. They are partners of the FARDC and MONUSCO.
In 2014, the head of state promised peace to the people of Beni, “I will make every effort to enforce peace in Beni.” But instead, it was rather seen arise the mass killings of civilians since the month of October this year. There were several deaths.
In 2015, the Raïs repeat the same promise, “I will make every effort to enforce peace in Beni.” Note the initiative to implement “Operation sokola 1”. However, paradoxically, the death toll of civilians massacred grows scandalously.
In 2016, the president resumes his refrain: “I will make every effort to enforce peace in Beni.” That’s when the killings culminated in dizzying numbers of victims.
Thus, one might understand that “I will make every effort to enforce peace in Beni” was a slogan for delaying the population awareness of martyrdom and to distract international opinions. Today, no one will refute the complicity of Congolese authorities (Government): FARDC boast of having retained the “sophisticated weapons” to let our brothers and sisters die like flies from the hands of enemies. Indeed they did! Some few government soldiers who dared around this sadism were punished by their superiors; there is no need to recall the illustrations.

3 / “War shall bring loss, grief and suffering …”
Is it to say that hitherto the FARDC and MONUSCO have not yet glimpsed the human and material loss) and suffering endured by the population of Beni to project these scourges for the future? What insensitivity!!!
4 / “Stop illegal economic activities …”
5 / “Stop the war and the suffering you have caused …”
6 / “Stop the recruitment of child soldiers … This is a crime.”
These are the words and orders, according to the FARDC and MONUSCO, the strength of the action and which therefore bear to the long-awaited victory on the murderers of our people.
Here’s how MONUSCO and the FARDC (Congolese government) are showing to mankind the new way of making war to the terrorists, namely transforming “sophisticated weapons” in decoration, then to kneel before the barbarous and beg for grace loudly. Maybe if the United States, England, France etc. were taught this lesson at the appropriate time, the world would have avoided the record damage terrorist have handed up to date.
But, would it still be that the FARDC and MONUSCO have proven their genius here. Otherwise, this shame they have just covered the Congolese nation with and the United Nations remain the most unbearable of the century. For, it is not until this level that a State (DRC) or a global organization (MONUSCO) could expose unscrupulous weaknesses and failures.

“It is thus understood the grave danger of any extension to the power of Joseph Kabila. Congolese worthy of the name must reject any form of transition. Indeed, given what is happening in Kivu, Ituri, any transition beyond December 2016 would allow time and resources to the Congolese government which is, obviously, an accomplice of the Rwandan occupation of Kivu, Ituri being “(Father Vincent Machozi, March 19, 2016, speech that earned his murder the next day).
