« The occult alliance between Joseph Kabila and Paul Kagame transformed the DRC into a form of Rwandan colony, where the fate of the indigenous people was decided in Kigali rather than in Kinshasa by Rwandans rather than Congolese themselves. Official government of the Democratic Republic of Congo exists only in appearance. «
When the Democratic Republic of the Congo is making its history, it draws around it, as many other countries to experience the collateral effects both in the region of its direct neighborhood and elsewhere in the world. However, no State has marked the memory of the Congolese people during the last two decades, such as the Rwandan Republic of Paul Kagame. A series of lies systematically woven by the regime of the Rwandan Patriotic Front, FPR in acronym, allowed the country of a thousand hills to successfully lead the diplomatic battle on the international field at the expense of the Democratic Republic of Congo. From then on, Kigali forged the necessary arguments that could give legitimacy to his ambitions of invasion and usurpation in DR Congo. That is why Rwanda has been constantly present in the Lumumba country’s history scene from 1996 to the present day, with a strong temptation to establish its influence there forever.
If the international community, duped by Kigali’s cunning arguments, continues to regard Rwanda as a column on which to support Congo’s recovery and stability in the subregion of the Great Lakes, the Congolese people, For its part, has finally reached another reading of the facts: Rwanda of President Paul Kagame attaches to the back of the Congo by claws so cruel that the Congolese people now feel it as a mortal parasite which must be disposed of urgently , If Kigali does not immediately change its attitude: the Congolese people have decided to stop definitively President Kabila and his system that killed the DRC with a small fire; The Congolese are ready to forgive Rwanda and forget all the painful memories of its recent past due to the support of the RPF to the Kabila regime if Paul Kagame is on the side of the sovereign will of the Congolese people.
Indeed, at any climax corresponds a decline. Rwanda will undoubtedly have exerted an indisputable influence in the Great Lakes subregion in order to claim to become a power. However, the arguments which have made it conquer the confidence of foreign opinions have become obsolete, for the evolution of events has gradually betrayed all the lies on which it has constantly supported its strength. What are these lies?
I. KIGALI’S MAIN LONGS ON DR CONGO
There is much to be said. Nevertheless, there are two that remain the most prominent, in this case the alibi of the threatening presence in the DRC of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) and that of the so-called Tutsi minority in danger.
A. Kigali encourages the perpetuation of FDLR in the DRC
If the Rwandan Patriotic Front, RPF in its abbreviation, supported with its latest energy the revolution of the Alliance of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo-Zaire, AFDL in acronym, it is because it made believe before all The views expressed by the ex-FAR and the Interahamwe militia – who later became the FDLR – threatened the security of the Rwandan territory with the support of the late President Zaireans Mobutu.
The objective of the RPF troops operating alongside the AFDL was to minimize the number of Rwandan Hutu who were in the eastern DRC under the identity of refugees. Kagame’s soldiers massacred these refugees in the camps of Kahindo, Kibumba and Mugunga; They pursued them everywhere in their flight through the DRC, pushing some of them to Congo-Brazza and the Central African Republic, not forgetting that one of the most horrible massacres remains that of Tingi-tingi, on the road Of Kisangani.
ADFL, under the influence of Kigali, organized forced repatriations of Rwandan Hutu refugees from the early hours of this revolution in North Kivu and South Kivu. At that time the Interahamwe and ex-FAR and the dignitaries of the former regime of HABYARIMANA had not yet created what is now called the FDLR. However, the ex-FAR who, unfortunately, were part of the returnees had been immediately recycled and sent back to the DRC to serve the new regime in Kigali.
Later, the UN Mission arrived in Congo, MONUC (which will become MONUSCO), which installed the DDR Department in collaboration with the new Congolese government. Many ex-FAR and FDLR subscribed to the DDR and were repatriated to Rwanda. But Kigali took advantage of this opportunity to reinforce its occupation strategies in eastern DRC, following the same pattern: these returnees still had to undergo military training for various missions in the DRC. Some of them became scouts of the secret missions of the Kigali agents in eastern DRC, others were re-infiltrated with their former colleagues in their Kivu intrenchments to torpedo them from within the group, others were Endowed with the means to return to create groups of false FDLR in Rutshuru, Masisi, Walikale and south of Lubero and even in South Kivu. In fact, the FDLR (the real FDLR) had already made a name for itself in all types of crime (rape, plunder, massacres, kidnapping, destruction of villages, etc.) in the Congolese regions impregnated with their presence. However, it is these false FDLR who have often committed the most horrific crimes against indigenous civilians in order to further smear the image of the true FDLR naturally tarnished by the aforementioned blunders.
Hence, neither the rebellion of the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD), nor the CNDP which followed in its footsteps, nor the Operation Umoja Wetu (joint FARDC-RDF operation), the M23 rebellion, nor any Another discreet or official operation that the Kigali army took actively in eastern DRC under the pretext of fighting the threat of the FDLR had no interest in working for the total annihilation of these Rwandan rebels. The FDLR remains therefore a valuable pretext in the plan of occupation of the East of the DRC by the Rwanda of Paul Kagame.
B. The paradox of a Tutsi minority who holds all the keys to the command of the giant R.D. Congo.
Another extremely rude lie, which has excited the entire world to fall back on the Congolese people and its leaders, is the claim that there is a minority ethnic group in the DRC called Tutsi, otherwise known as Banyamulenge, Threatened both by marginalization and extermination. This cutting-edge lie has allowed Kagame not only to justify his ongoing initiative to train his army to invade the DRC, but also to receive all necessary aid in arming and financing such a concern from the international community, especially Great Britain and the United States of America.
How could one understand the fact that, in reality, the so-called minority has the monopoly over the management of the country in relation to nearly 300 remaining ethnic groups? The undisputed truth remains that the Tutsi (Banyamulenge) hold directly or indirectly all the keys to command the state life of the DRC.
<On the security and military front
The Tutsi ethnic group has at least 30 generals and colonels, as well as more than 300 Majors and Captains in the army and the police, far superior to all the ethnic remains of North Kivu, South Kivu and Maniema united. It is these Tutsis, some of whom are true Rwandans, who occupy all the strategic posts and the important posts of command throughout the country. Often other Congolese who seem to appear at certain influential posts are either their flock or extras.
Already at the head of the country, Joseph Kabila did nothing of his own which had not previously been discussed by Azarias Ruberwa (informally holding the 2nd personality at the head of the country) and the Rwandan general James Kabarebe In the shadow as the real FARDC chief of staff, Didier Etumba being only a label) and approved by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan president.
In practice, in the interior of the country, General Bisengimana remains the true patron of the army and the National Police, as well as the intelligence services attached to them until the presidency, in this case The DGRS for the Police and DEMIAP for the army.
Kitona, the country’s largest military center, is held by Tutsi through the person of General Mustafa Mukiza, for the benefit of Rwanda, which uses it as a transit point for Rwandan soldiers to infiltrate into the FARDC.
If there are officers from other ethnic groups who seem to exert a remarkable influence on the current presidential, military and administrative system, it must be understood at the outset that they should be agents entirely acquired through the » The hegemonic ideology of these Tutsi who claim the minority in danger. Lieutenant General Olenga Francois (Lieutenant General of the Republic) Lieutenant General Didier Etumba, who is only a Chief of General Staff in front of his Director of Cabinet Colonel Tutsi Rwandese Birori Baganda, Major General Amisi Kumba aka Tango four, Major General Mbala Munsense (successively head of the military house, Director of Logistics for the Presidency, in charge of the missions of Joseph Kabila and Chief of Staff in General of the Brigade Yav Jean-Claude (in charge of military security at the FARDC), Brigadier General Delphin Kayimbi (DEMIAP), General of Brigade Akili Muhindo alias Mundos (the supervisor of the massacres of Beni) and so on.
In regard to the management of the State and the maintenance of the country’s economy
It is not the visible face of the Government or that of the Public Administration that holds control of the DRC. It is Joseph Kabila with a circle of Banyamulenge and Rwandans acting in the shadows that command the destiny of the Congolese people.
The circle of the presidential sphere is composed of Joseph Kabila (President of the Republic), Azarias Ruberwa (political strategist), General and Rwandan Defense Minister James Kabarebe (military strategist), General Bisengimana Security sector including army and police and their intelligence services), Bizima Karaha (being the virtual boss of the civil intelligence services, in this case the ANR and the DGM).
As far as General Charles Bisengimana represents the Tutsi-power symbol on the military and Congolese police forces, Mr. Déo Rugwiza (CEO of the General Directorate of Customs and Assizes), a Rwandan Tutsi and Joseph Kabila’s father-in-law, The symbol of the omnipotence of Tutsi-Power on the Congolese financial authorities. Consequently, all the juicy jobs of the DGDA at the borders and within the country are automatically invested by a Banyamulenge network (Tutsi), it is enough to cross the provinces to realize it.
In the meantime, Zoé Kabila, his own brother to Congolese head of state Joseph Kabila, covers the mafia of the same Tutsi and pro-Rwandan network in all areas of the economy and finance, including public enterprises, Banks, private companies, Currency Hotel (for printing valuable documents including passport), imports (DGI), Investments etc. Where, apart from some nationals of Katanga, the Tutsi lobby remains largely the most privileged.
The Kigali regime, the backbone of the power of Joseph Kabila
From the coup that was organized to assassinate Mzee Laurent-Désiré Kabila and brought Joseph Kabila to power, the hand of the Rwandan government is still visible alongside this new president of the DRC. Unfortunately, Kigali’s support for Kabila is not part of an official cooperation framework to benefit the reconstruction or stabilization of DR Congo, but rather for its looting, destruction, destabilization and balkanization.
With this in mind, it is easy to understand why the Congolese president is closer to Rwandans than Congolese, his preferences to always give advantages to Rwandans and Congolese. This is a reality that has been repeatedly checked even on the military battlefield, when FARDC had to face the masked Rwandans in false rebellions such as the RCD, the CNDP and the M23. All these rebellions have been equipped and endowed by the material and financial means of the Congolese State, with a view to destabilizing the Congolese territory and its people.
The sad recollection of Mushake ‘s debacle in Masisi never leaves the memory of the Congolese, military and / or civilian population, when Joseph Kabila ordered General Amisi Nkumba alias Tango Four to deliver the FARDC into carnage to the Rwandans covered by the » Label of the CNDP, and their weaponry in booty to these same invaders. Whenever these pseudo-rebellions appeared, they were always favored on the ground by the same tactic of treason as has been observed several times in Bunagana, Ntamugenga, Rumangabo, Rutshuru, Chanzu, Runyoni , In Rugari, in Kibumba and even in the city of Goma. It was President Joseph Kabila who ordered the Congolese troops to give ground to the rebels. The occult alliance between Joseph Kabila and Paul Kagame transformed the DRC into a form of Rwandan colony, where the fate of the indigenous peoples was decided in Kigali rather than in Kinshasa by Rwandans rather than Congolese themselves. Official Democratic Republic of Congo exists only in appearance.
In this concern, how many secret missions do Kinshasa, James Kabarebe (the Rwandan Minister of Defense) or other Rwandan emissaries perform on a monthly or quarterly basis? And vice versa, how many mischievous missions do not regularly perform in Kigali the agents of the Kabila-Kagame alliance, the most prominent of whom are General François Olenga, the head of the military Joseph Kabila, and Mr. Kalev, the boss of the ANR? It is from these occult exchanges that the infiltrations of the Rwandans (military and civilian) are organized in the army, the police and the institutions of the DRC. All these antipatriotic mafias are done by virtually official networks.
It is an effective means that allows Kabila to flood the city of Kinshasa and other cities of the country, the Kitona military center and other military centers of the country By a torrent of Rwandan troops. One of the most recent cases of this type of operation is the massive transfer of Rwandans mixed to the M23 soldiers to the city of Kisangani, which began a few weeks ago and continues until days. In addition, the Rwandan army demobilized about 800 troops. The latter are also potential candidates for the transfer to the DR Congo at the request of Kabila.
It is in the same way that Joseph Kabila organized the recruitment and training of terrorists from East Africa to support his project of bringing chaos to the country he claims to lead. It is also through this means that Kabila continues to transfer through Kigali the necessary needs (money and military logistics) to reorganize the M23 in rebellion against the Congolese government and continue the massacres in the east of the DRC.
In this situation, the Banyamulenge, who are in themselves genuine Congolese, find themselves doubly victims of the manipulation of the alliance between Kabila and Kagame. On the one hand, Rwanda uses their identity to impose its tempo in the DRC; In other words, Kigali has always organized its invasions in the DRC under the cover of the name of the Banyamulenge. This led the Congolese community to reject the Banyamulenge, who often naively conceded to be confused with Rwandans, while they were aware of the way in which the Kagame regime took their parents hostage in Rwanda while denying them the right to Rwandan nationality. On the other hand, Joseph Kabila, like the hammer and the anvil, has also adopted a formula of its own to corrupt the Banyamulenge, in order to support the perpetuation of his Machiavellian reign in the DRC. This is becoming another reason for their rejection by the Congolese community, which has decided to take a final stand with Kabila and its political system, and who perceive all those who continue to support the Kabila regime as enemies of the Nation. At present, the Congolese community expects only one thing from the Banyamulenge: the latter must give up their game of complicity alongside Kabila and Kagame, in order to quietly enjoy all their Congolese privileges alongside the other Congolese compatriots.
II. OUR FEAR FOR THE FUTURE OF RWANDA: ACCUMULATION OF RANCUNE IN THE HEART OF THE CONGOLESE
The entire reign of the RPF, since its assumption of power in Kigali in 1994, was only a system that imposed an incomparable chore to the Congolese people in general, but to the east of that country in particular. Though on their own land, in their own homeland, the Congolese have continued to suffer a fate similar to that of the people of Israel in Egypt. Over the last two decades, the Congolese have only a very dark memory of their Rwandan neighbors. What does this bad memory consist of?
Creation of Rebellions
The vast majority of Congolese admit that the advent of AFDL is to be regarded as a providential intervention in the course of the history of their country. However, all the other rebellions that followed were initiatives of the regime of Paul Kagame in the framework of its projects of invasion in the DRC. Such are the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD), the Force for the Liberation of Eastern Congo (FLEC) the National Congress for the Defense of the People (CNDP) and the Movement of March 23 (M23). These rebellions never achieved their objectives because the Congolese people fought them hard; They were wars of invasion contrary to the AFDL which was welcomed as a liberating revolution.
Being a « Trojan horse » of Rwandan domination in eastern DRC, these rebellions served in Kigali and the multinationals, which supported them in this ambition, as cover for the plundering of the country’s natural resources; They (these rebellions) have largely contributed to the precipitation of the misery that is now falling on the Congolese people. These rebellions, dubbed by enslavement and contempt of the natives, enforced a barbarism which resulted in thousands of deaths among civilians whose lives had no value in the face of the invaders’ greed for the wealth of the country.
Rwandan soldiers and their flock of rebels have been seen spitting on innocent Congolese, a sign that shows a feeling of contempt worse than that known in colonial times. The memory of this reality is renewed every day by the arrogance of President Kabila with Rwandan subjects who still surround him in his system of managing the Republic, when he sabotages the Constitution and turns a deaf ear to all legitimate demands of the people.
Support for armed groups to massacre, loot and destroy …
The money ransacked the Congolese helped the Rwandans to manipulate Congolese against their own brothers. Also, many known armed groups in the Kivu and Ituri have indigenous appearances, but remain in fact instruments of Kigali, in its secret cooperation with Kabila against the Congolese.
In this context, there is the former rebellion of the Union of Congolese Patriots (UPC) in Ituri, the TPD (All for Development, formerly militia of the former governor of North Kivu Eugene Serufuli) Which has now transformed into a Nyatura group, the Nduma Defense of Congo (NDC), whether it is Commander Tcheka or his little brother Guidon. The leaders of these groups are permanently connected to Kigali from where they receive the injunctions and logistical means required to carry out the mission for which they were recruited by the Kagame-Kabila Joseph alliance. At the same time, they serve as gateways for the fighters or military personnel that Kigali wishes to deploy for the occupation of the DRC, especially in its eastern part (Kivu-Ituri). In addition, Kigali deliberately maintains the FDLR phenomenon as an argument covering its ambitions to invade eastern DRC: there is ample evidence that the Kigali regime has often recycled FDLR repatriated by MONUSCO for reuse in the DRC East of the DRC.
This work only targets the destabilization of indigenous peoples, the creation of inter-communal conflicts, with a view to literally weakening indigenous peoples and destroying their socio-economic fabrics to make them totally dependent on the neighboring countries of the East.
That is why these armed groups like to perpetrate massacres, to cause internally displaced persons, to destroy and plunder shops, hospitals, schools and all public or private property, to destabilize the legal administration by their parallel administrations, To sow insecurity and desolation everywhere.
III. CONCLUSION: PASSING HEART INJURIES BY AN ACTUAL WILL OF RECONCILIATION
There are clear signs that the Congolese have already become aware of their suffering. The evil that causes these sufferings is primarily identified in the person of Joseph Kabila and his system whose network relies mainly on the support of foreigners, in this case Rwanda.
Nevertheless, the Congolese people always have a patient heart, compassionate and ready to forgive. He is waiting for the regime of Kigali to meet the reconciliation. It is a chance in Rwanda that President Kagame has succeeded himself for the umpteenth time; Because it seems to be the divine will that gives him the grace to have time to repair the damage that his regime has entailed in the neighboring DRC. It would be wise for him and his entourage to take advantage of this new presidential mandate to reconcile his people with those of the Congolese people, especially the Congolese in the East, Kivu and Ituri.
President Kagame would be better off to prove his love for his country by his enthusiasm to preserve all the gains he had endowed his country with regard to development during the last twenty-three years of the RPF reign in Kigali. It is in his interest to understand that the maintenance of this prosperity depends more on his rapprochement with the DRC than on his fathers in East Africa, whom he pretends to rely on.
In the DRC, the popular verdict is already pronounced against his ally Joseph Kabila: he must leave. Rwanda must decide now which way to adopt in order to opt clearly either to continue to cling to Joseph Kabila so that the future of his country flows with him (Kabila), or to work alongside the Congolese people in The sense of change of the regime in Kinshasa as the latter swore it without return.
Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo are neighbors to build their future in a harmonious collaboration. But for now, the flourishing of this cooperation depends more on the attitude adopted by President Paul Kagame and his regime in the face of the current determination of the Congolese to bout the President Joseph Kabila unable to harm indefinitely to the life of A whole nation.
